Displaying an item on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available until an order has been confirmed.

Orders & Payment

An order becomes confirmed after the required payment or payment confirmation has been received and accepted by Shaban Antiques.

For eligible orders within Pakistan, cash on delivery may be available. Depending on the product, order value, or delivery requirements, we may request an advance payment before dispatch.

Payment options can include bank transfer, Easypaisa, cash on delivery, and other methods made available by Shaban Antiques for particular orders or destinations.

Shipping charges depend on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping requirements. Free delivery is available only when a valid free-shipping coupon or special promotional offer applies. International shipping charges are confirmed separately before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because many of our antiques and vintage items are unique, a change-of-mind return may not be accepted. Items approved for return should remain in their original condition and should not have been altered, repaired, polished, restored, or otherwise modified.
